What is MentorX, and how does it work?
MentorX is an online and home tuition service for Class 5 to 12 and IIT JEE / NEET foundation, running across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad — and online anywhere in India. Everything parents usually ask on the first call is answered below.
What is MentorX?
MentorX is a tuition service for Class 5 to 12 and IIT JEE / NEET foundation. We teach one-to-one and in small groups, online across India and at home across Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Every student starts with a free diagnostic session and a written study plan.
Which subjects does MentorX teach?
Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), English, Computer Science / Informatics Practices and coding. Senior classes also get JEE and NEET foundation support in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
Is MentorX online tuition or home tuition?
Both. Online sessions run anywhere in India. Home tuition, where a mentor comes to your address, is available across Delhi NCR. Many families run a mix — one at-home session a week plus online doubt sessions with the same mentor.
How much does MentorX tuition cost?
We do not publish fees on the website. The fee depends on class, subjects, number of hours and whether sessions are online or at home. We share the exact plan on a phone call or after the free diagnostic session, so the number you get is the number you pay.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. The first session is a diagnostic — the mentor tests the student's actual level, finds the specific chapters where the gaps start, and writes it down. You get that written assessment even if you decide not to continue.
Do parents get progress updates?
Every week, in writing. The report covers what was taught, what improved, what slipped and what changes in the next week. It is a written note, not a verbal 'he is doing fine'.
Will the same mentor teach every session?
Yes. Continuity is the point — the mentor who ran the diagnostic keeps the student. If a mentor becomes unavailable, we hand over with the full plan and error log so nothing restarts from zero.
Which boards do you cover?
CBSE, ICSE, UP Board and Haryana Board (HBSE) as standard. IB and IGCSE are available on request depending on subject and mentor availability.
Can a group of friends or neighbours study together?
Yes. Small-group sessions are available both online and at home. Groups are kept small enough that every student still gets individual correction.
