About MentorX
We started because "how is my child doing?" never got a real answer.
Tuition in India is mostly the same class, repeated. A syllabus is covered, a test is taken, and everyone hopes for the best. Nobody records what a child actually understood, nobody diagnoses why a topic keeps failing, and nobody tells parents anything specific.
MentorX was built to fix that one thing: make learning measurable, and make growth the product. Assess on day one, plan for that student, track everything, analyse it, and re-test until the gap is closed.
What we believe
A child is not an average
Batch teaching optimises for the middle of the room. We start with one baseline assessment and build a plan for one child.
Teaching without measurement is a guess
Every session leaves a trail — doubts, homework, tests, behaviour. That trail is what we teach from next week.
Parents deserve the truth weekly
Not a monthly 'he's doing fine'. A written report that says what improved, what slipped, and what we're changing.
Marks are a by-product
